You will also find excellent artisan desserts such as Sablinoix or Bourianoix, typical Périgord cakes. Tradition and innovation coexist to offer unique recipes such as duck bowl with tomatoes and basil or Toasti truffles, topping from the famous mushroom. For 26 €, you can taste all the flavours of the region with a box with a block of foie gras, rillettes, duck conflict, nose of Saint John and a good red bergerac bottle.
