Joël Portier and Lionel Bonnamy are two craftsmen who deserve a visit. Their Tradition baguette and rye pie are really perfect. There is also the Signature baguette or small inventions of the two compères such as the curcuma-almond bread - excellent with smoked salmon - or a cocoa-chocolate bread for children, very appreciated by adults, by the way. The Viennese pastry is perfectly mastered and their Almond Kings' cake is a pure marvel.
