A bakery in Paris, one in Milly-la-Forêt and another in Ballancourt-sur-Essonne, Philippe Thilloux is really in the oven and mill. His tradition stems, crisp and golden breads made his reputation in the neighborhood. But it also excels in pastry, pastry brioches, homemade fruit pies, kouign-amann and old-fashioned pastry.
