Aurélie Le Grand chose the name Monttessuy because it is that of the street where she lives in Juvisy-sur-Orge in Essonne. This is more classy than Les Cookies of Didot, isn't it? Undoubtedly. Her beautiful purple shop is exclusively dedicated to cookies. She started by selling them online but she was so successful that she found a nice place to sell them live. She makes them herself, they are 100% natural and contain neither acids nor artificial aromas. Her cookies are innovative whether they are sweetened (more than 25 flavours to choose from: mojito, lime, vanilla from Madagascar, meringue raspberry, salted butter caramel, smarties, etc.) or savoury for aperitif (garlic and fine herbs, pepper pineapple, preserved tomatoes and chili, chorizo, leeks, etc.). She also makes rolled American brioches, milk chocolate brookies, hazelnuts and Gianduja chocolate, cheesecakes, etc.
