The name of the cellar and the accent of the Midi give the tone as soon as you enter this shop where more than 400 wines fill the walls. Here Serge Lacombe, a passionate cellarman from Biterrois and called the Cubi by his rugby partners, chose to select only wines from Languedoc-Roussillon from small owners and wine cooperatives. They are happily called by beautiful names: Collioure, Cabaret, Maleptic, Rivestry, etc. We discover a lot of new things by discussing with the particularly notified sellers. So we don't wait any longer to bring some sunshine on our tables and on top of that, we make great discoveries!
