CAP DÉTENTE
A new room that matters exclusively to Paris the milon concept, popular in Germany. It is a revolutionary strength training circuit consisting of 8 aircraft: 6 allows to work the main muscle groups and 2 are specific to cardio. After entering the circuit that lasts 17,5 minutes, everything is a event: 1 minute effort, 30 seconds of machine change for strength and 4 minutes for cardio. So there is no waiting and this leads us to take a rhythm of training. Big advantage compared to the usual clubs, the circuit is done with a personalized magnetic card that records the settings of the machines relative to our morphology. This first adjustment is done with a coach who adapts it to everyone. The intensity is stored and each training is as follows. It is a real program based on its objectives. Physiotherapists are in favour of this type of circuit because the indicators of the machines encourage movements at constant speed so that the force exerted on the muscle is identical. Moreover, the electronic (and non-mechanical) adjustment of the machine allows to force on the two phases of the movement (eccentric and concentric), this allows to work in both phases of the movement what is not the case of traditional machines. Last point and not least, due to the intensity and short duration of training, the body does not have time to get the necessary energy in the muscles, and therefore burns the calories available to generate energy quickly. The metabolic rate increases considerably, and the body continues to burn calories up to 24 h after the session. It is the "post-combustion effect" that makes the program effective. The room is a human size and a coach is there permanently to follow our evolution. Depending on its objectives and physical form, it is recommended to come in 2 and 3 times a week. Also possibility of Powerplate, stimulation, Anti-aging, Détox or Weigh management.
