Relax! This centre is dedicated to wellness and relaxation techniques. Adapted to the rhythm and needs of each, it offers a range of relaxing or energy courses, combining different practices: yoga, feldenkrais, wutao, pilates and qi jong. Combining muscular and joint exercises, these disciplines maintain smooth body and are recognized for their drink virtue. Course throughout the day, alternating sessions of 1 hour to 1 hour 45, depending on practice and class level. The centre also offers a range of massages.
