L'approche client ne fait pas partie de l'ADN
Même la partie devis à l'air compliquée à gérer... 10 appels pour donner toutes les infos nécessaires et toujours rien... juste incroyable... il serait préférable de dire que la boîte n'a pas le temps ou l'envie... mais là, quelle approche client!!
