Groupe assez peu nombreux, une accompagnatrice français (dont on aurait pu faire l'économie) et un guide roumain, intéressant et qui parle bien français, mais qui n'a pas d'audiophones à disposition.
Horaires mal maîtrisés. Le site des gorges de Bicaz, 3*, est traversé de nuit ...
Un restaurant a servi de l'eau "filtrée". Nous avons été malades le lendemain, comme plusieurs autres personnes du groupe. Le "SAMU" local est venu nous soigner, mais nous avons manqué une grande partie de la visite des monastères. C'était justement ce que nous voulions voir.
ARTS & VIE a mis plus de 3 mois pour répondre à notre courrier de réclamation, pour nous dire qu'ils n'étaient responsables de rien.
Mépris total du client !
