Welcoming local bistro where you can taste Aveyron specialties and especially meat.
Here is an establishment that clearly displays its Aveyron filiation, both in its name and in its dishes! Aymeric Carmarans' fief, this bistro, a local restaurant if ever there was one, has built up a very good reputation in the neighborhood and beyond. You will of course find the specialties of Aveyron, such as onion soup au gratin with Laguiole cheese, but above all meat: beef from Aubrac, directly from the Maison Conquet in Laguiole, and also veal, organic farm chicken or lamb, always from the department.
