LE CAROUBIER
Moroccan restaurant in Paris offering refined cuisine, royal couscous, fish tagine and desserts.
The tramway stops almost in front of this Moroccan restaurant on the border of Paris. Karim welcomes clients as friends in a guest house. He takes care of the decor, cozy, but without any lack of taste. Multicolored stained-glass windows, square ceiling lights and mosaic wall lights, pottery... Nothing is left to chance. Lahoucine Oukassi's cuisine is refined. He prepares royal couscous or pastilla with pigeon, egg and caper brig, or fish tagine (cod, monkfish or sea bream). We are quickly conquered. At dessert time, the rose des sables and the fig ice-cream with boukha (fig brandy) finish delighting us.
