Artistically decorated establishment serving healthy dishes made with seasonal and often organic ingredients
For its reopening in 2023, the Musée Bourdelle, housed in the sculptor's former studio, had the good idea of creating a restaurant space in what was once the apartment of the artist's daughter (Rhodia) and her husband. Another good idea: he entrusted the menu to Jean-René Chassignol, creator of the Isana chain. The result: healthy, gourmet dishes, many with a Latin American flavour (ceviche, empanadas), prepared with seasonal and often organic ingredients. Pleasant terrace and artistic decor. It has to be.
