French-American brasserie with terrace serving fresh California cuisine, tacos and Sunday brunch.
Frame, Franco-American (or Californian) brasserie within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, saw things big. As a place intelligently designed to promote exchanges and to gain experiences, Frame is composed of various spaces. According to the opportunity and the moment of the day, we can choose to taste a cocktail in front of the tentacular bar or the impressive wine bar made up of vintage selected by Olivier Poussier, the best sommelier of the world in 2000. You can enjoy the selection of wines and champagnes by the glass thanks to the Enomatic innovating machines. Some may choose the terrace to benefit from a sunny meal when the curious ones prefer to sit at table around the open kitchen, where the chef Andrew Wigger works, recently arrived from France after having proved his abilities at several great restaurants of the west coast of the United States. The cocktails are generously filled with herbs grown in the vegetable garden of 80 m² garden adjoining the restaurant. The Californian cuisine is fresh and tasty. Tacos with cod ceviche, guacamole with mango sauce, rib steak marinated with whisky and grilled gambas with sriracha sauce, white asparagus or snackéed sea bass fillet, diced avocadoes, minced fennel and marinated tomatoes, the dishes do not cease crossing American and Oceanic influences with the French gastronomy. As for something sweet, the cheesecake can be enjoyed alone while the pancakes are tasted with seasonal fruits. Brunch every Sunday.
