CHEN
Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris serving a renewed Pekingese menu, a half peking duck and other classic dishes.
The establishment created by Mr. Chen was Michelin star in 1999, a star until 2006, three years after the boss's death. On a very often renewed pékinoise card, the painted half-duck of Beijing Mr Chen is still well prepared in three dishes whose skin cutting is before you. The other classics are in the same vein: Chinoises with Chinese herbs, Mieral's squab to five perfumes or the cuisses frogs'legs in the salt and pepper. It is expensive, perhaps too much in spite of the quality always the appointment. It is better to test the address for lunch.
