Jugaad, Seoul Mama with his Korean wife, consultant for the Sir Winston brasserie, and now this Sharmaji ("Monsieur Sharma")... But where will Manoj Sharma stop? With this dapper haunt, the talented chef continues to spread his contemporary version of Indian cuisine on the Paris culinary scene. His revisited recipes are rich in flavours and spices, like the divine pan-fried aubergine-spiced yoghurt-tamarind sauce, our dish that lunchtime. The appetizer, too, is a real treat, with a seductive chicken masala. Really good stuff! We'll be back.
