An elegant Japanese that comes out the big game of the food in a very zen style. In the eyes of the médusés clients, cooks juggle with gambas, cisèlent rapido vegetables, play maracas with poivriers, all in an agile and graceful broom. If you want to enjoy a little bit, be careful and have the reflex to open the mouth at the right time to host a pancake of tofu. All this staging could hide a typical kitchen. And there too surprise: on a bed of vegetables, the meat is melting and the fish are cooked. In a more fusion spirit, rolls, rolls and sweet mango, rolls stuffed with the urchin tarama tarama, or the Chinese rolls in duck, celery, chives, barbecue sauce, leave no voice. The food is excellent!
Unfortunately be found on February 14th, 2011: sign before entering where it is forced to each consumer to have a touch equalizes at least €50. This evening, the trendy restaurant services and the quality of the reception left something to be desired and staff was rather cold.
