Parisian canteen proposing a rather restricted menu, grilled meats, fish and desserts.

The first customers of this former quarter-bistrot bistro were Chirac. Bizarre? Not at all, because the chef, Naoto Masumoto, stayed for ten years at the International, the Japanese table of the former Nikko Hotel (now Sofitel) and one of the former presidential couple of the former presidential couple. After a great success and a good reputation, he decided to make his deck to offer a small teppanyaki to two streets. It seems that Chirac loved and we too. The card is a little restricted; normal, it changes often, but what makes it up is excellent. The tartare tuna with wasabi and shisi, garden salad is fine and delicate. The square of veal roasted with foie gras, Kyoto noire cream is a pure wonder. And to top it all, crystallized pear in uméshu jelly, grout grout, ice flower flower is incredible… All cooking and alliance of flavours are precisely mastered. This Kitchen Concert should play its new partitions for a long time. As for price, it may be a bit disproportionate, especially for the evening. Not everyone is a former President of the Republic.

Luckily, we don't need to wait on the Tuesday lunch. Excellent food, tasty dishes with attractive presentation. Great Japanese food fusion with French style.

Le menu entrée / plat / dessert à 38 euros était délicieux du début à la fin : tataki de saumon, riz sauté, filet de bœuf, mochi cerise et tiramisu au matcha
Une cuisine d’exception pour un prix si abordable

Très déçu par rapport au prix, à la quantité et au temps d'attente...

- 2h30 pour dîner.
- des minuscules assiettes
- 4 plats ridicules : 4cm2 de thon, une seule et unique gambas ecetera.

C'est pas au niveau par rapport au 68 euros.
Niveau ambiance c'est un peu bruyant et très banal mais peu importe.

La cuisine est bonne bien entendu, bien présentée et le spectacle des chefs qui cuisinent est vraiment sympa.

La viande est ultra tendre et délicate surtout si on l'aime bien bien salée.

Conclusion : Je rentre chez moi pour dîner après cette aperçu qui ouvre l'appétit. Je crois bien que l'attente m'a mis de mauvaise humeur définitivement...le dessert a adoucit mes commentaires :-).

Pour séduire une femme et lui parler longuement c'est parfait, et on rentre léger pour le reste de la soirée :-)

Superbe adresse même si la façade et l'entrée du restaurant n'est pas top. Ça change de l'ordinaire le chef cuisine devant vous je trouve ça super ????
