A nice address specialized in Japanese-style barbecue also offers a lunch formula.

The Matchan is a nice place to make a small yakiniku (a Japanese fashion barbecue). Guests cook at the table of meat and vegetables before soaking them in a spicy sauce. Fat (karubi) or lean (rousu), beef meat comes either from either tender or faux. The breakfast formula with miso soup, a small cabbage salad, two nems, a barbecue with a bowl of rice is unbeatable. A lot of Japanese beers are also busy in this restaurant for Asahi beer, served here at pressure.

Un restaurant de barbecue japonais intéressant. La viande est plutôt bonne. J aurais bien mis 5 étoiles sauf que je me suis fait un peu dupé sur le saké. Quand j'ai demandé la disponibilité des sakés, la serveuse nous a forcé la main sur des bouteilles à 45/55 euros... Alors qu on découvre après coup que l'autre serveuse proposait à d'autres table des sakés au verre bien plus intéressant...
