A nice address specialized in Japanese-style barbecue also offers a lunch formula.

The Matchan is a nice place to make a small yakiniku (a Japanese fashion barbecue). Guests cook at the table of meat and vegetables before soaking them in a spicy sauce. Fat (karubi) or lean (rousu), beef meat comes either from either tender or faux. The breakfast formula with miso soup, a small cabbage salad, two nems, a barbecue with a bowl of rice is unbeatable. A lot of Japanese beers are also busy in this restaurant for Asahi beer, served here at pressure.

Quel plaisir de retrouver cette ambiance à la japonaise avec un acceuil si chaleureux et bien sûr le barbecue Yakiniku si délicieux.
Juste une suggestion par rapport à ce que j'ai pu goûter au Japon, la viande aurai pu être plus épaisse et moins longue. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail.
