A nice address specialized in Japanese-style barbecue also offers a lunch formula.

The Matchan is a nice place to make a small yakiniku (a Japanese fashion barbecue). Guests cook at the table of meat and vegetables before soaking them in a spicy sauce. Fat (karubi) or lean (rousu), beef meat comes either from either tender or faux. The breakfast formula with miso soup, a small cabbage salad, two nems, a barbecue with a bowl of rice is unbeatable. A lot of Japanese beers are also busy in this restaurant for Asahi beer, served here at pressure.

Délicieux ! On a pris des menus déjeuner, très abordables, largement suffisants en quantité, et on s’est régalé. Même la salade de chou n’a rien à voir avec ce qu’on trouve habituellement dans les restaurants japonais. Vraiment tout est d’excellente qualité et maison. C’est très bien aéré aussi, on ne sent pas la viande en sortant. Un chouette adresse.
