Direction Hanoi in this small restaurant with careful decoration and friendly service. After a mango salad to shrimp, what better than the traditional Pho (pronounced fire), this broth based on rice paste and beef? It's just as much for the complete rice pot with the flavours of ginger with chicken sticks, shrimp, tofus and fragrant mushrooms or the famous Lúc Lác beef to the small dice of onions served with rice. Dishes are beautifully prepared, sculpted vegetables and salads are divinely seasoned. The note is light for lunch and dinner, a nice place to enjoy South-east Asian specialities.

Depuis le changement de directIon, le choix des plats s'est bien étoffé. On a l'ambarras des propositions. Tout est bon, la fraîcheur des produits, le mélange des saveurs thailandaises, c'est très très bon.
