Kim Anh and her husband Nguyen Ba-Hung left Vietnam more than 30 years ago. From Saïgon, they pride themselves on herbal cuisine that distinguishes the Vietnamese flavors from their neighbors. In a nice chic and sober décor, you start with imperial rolls to crabs and shrimp. We continue with a pig pig with lemonry that leaves dubious despite the good quality of the meat.
