Timeless bar-resto in Paris offering classic Vietnamese cuisine, a bo bun or a phô.

The Loyalty Flag, a bar-restaurant over time. Indeed, when Mr. Quan, Vietnamese, professor of philosophy and tenancier of the bistro pays his tea in a cast iron service, we are a little elsewhere. Master Quan, faithful to the late Emperor Bao Dai and political refugee, awaits you with his smile and beautiful whiskers. He is taking part in reading one of his philosophical books in the midst of the hubbub, merry screams and bold laughter of clients who are pleased with the price of beer frozen for years. Out of time in this library decor that also satisfy the spirit. The Flag of Loyalty fills all appetites with a bun or a phô, classics of Vietnamese cuisine for inexpensive. The few seats at this restaurant that delight the light scholarships are being stormed and the regulars seem many. They named the bistro "Chez Mr Quan", which they themselves called "opa". A unique place with ambiance and warm rates.

Un petit restaurant bar, au cadre atypique et charmant. La cuisine est très bonne, les portions copieuses, pour un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Le service est malheureusement assez lent, il faut compter entre 20 et 30 minutes pour être servi à table ou à emporter. Mais les crevettes sauce piquante ou le bo bun en valent la peine. Attention toutefois, le restaurant est petit et vite plein aux heures de pointe.

Super cantine vietnamienne. Cuisine authentique, fraîche et délicieuse pour des prix défiant toute concurrence ! Pour un plat bien garni comptez 6 euros, en revanche il n'y à pas vraiment de service...et le lieu est vraiment tout petit.

Bien sûr, les sets de table en plastique collent un peu, les verres ne sont pas en cristal ni d'un brillant absolu, mais franchement, un délicieux bo bun ou un phhö copieux et savoureux pour 6 € seulement, ce vaut le détour.
Un endroit incroyable en plein coeur du 15 ème.

Cet établissement est un petit bijou. Déco authentique, des bons menus à prix défiants toute concurrence pour le quartier. Je recommande les Boh bouns .
