Finding a name for a company or restaurant is always a headache. For their pizzeria, Neapolitans Davide and Gianpaolo Castellano made it simple and efficient: Fratelli Castellano (translation is not necessary). The first is the pizzaiolo, the second is in charge of the service. A scarf hanging outside during our visit reveals - but not really a surprise - that these two are supporters of the SSC Napoli. But let's get back to the basics: their pizzas. A total of about fifteen, good, tender, with chubby edges and prepared with ingredients with impeccable pedigree. For dessert: rum baba or tiramisu. Stark room with two tables d'hôtes.
