For the Grasso family, pizza-making is an art that they've been practising for over a hundred years. In Paris, it's Guillaume who now carries on the tradition. To perfect his technique, he went to Naples, where his training was validated by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. A marketing advantage he claims to use to distinguish himself from the Parisian pizza competition. In any case, our pizzas (one Capricciosa and one Parma) lived up to our expectations.
