Has Denny Imbroisi made Rue de Vaugirard his favourite street? Already present on Boulevard du Montparnasse with Ida, he has now moved to the Novotel Paris Vaugirard. For this brightly-coloured restaurant, the Italian chef has designed a menu featuring transalpine classics, to satisfy as many palates as possible (hotel obliges): pizzas, pastas, burrata, Milanese-style organic risotto, lasagne de la mamma (undeniably good, but not creamy enough for our taste). Dishes bursting with sunshine and seductive flavours.
