LES VIGNES DU LIBAN
Enjoy Southern cuisine served in a family restaurant in Paris.
It's been a long time since the Lebanese and lovers of this kitchen in the South find themselves in this family restaurant by Rita. Nappées tables, hand painted frescoes that run on the walls, the decor is planted. On the plate, you have to go through hot and cold mezze, no less than ten, from the purée of chickpeas to doughnuts to spinach, through green tabbouleh and many others. The remainder comes almost alone if there is still a little hunger: an assortment of grilled meats (chichtaouk and kafta chicken of, meat of) accompanied by salad and crushed wheat or tasty kebbe (stuffed meat boulettes, pignons). You will end up with a very good mint tea or the most greedy by an oriental pastry or mehalabieh (milk cream scented to the orange flower).
