Christophe Michalak is not satisfied with being one of the best French pastry chefs: with the founder of Big Fernand, the burger chain, he has opened Polichinelle in the Yooma hotel, in Beaugrenelle. A restaurant where vegetables are king and which brings the buffet concept up to date. In a design decor or on the terrace, guests can enjoy vegetable-based cuisine, prepared with organic products whenever possible. On the menu this summer, on the savoury side, tempura of seasonal vegetables, tomato panna cotta, breaded eggplant with miso, new carrots in risotto, among others, and on the sweet side, chocolate and cabbage mousse topped with exotic fruit marmalade.
