An address that smells the good deal and does not deceive its clientele by offering a shock formula: quality dishes, based on fresh and well prepared products at €13.90. Philippe Etchebest, a well-known and talented chef who is on photo soon at the entrance of the restaurant, recommends it in a simple sentence: "eating well does not mean expensive". Common to all restaurants "Bistro Régent" in France, this formula praises a bistro spirit around products rigorously selected for their flavor: meat, poultry and fish. On the à la carte menu and at this unique price: grilled beef piece (170 g), grilled duck fillet (200 g), fresh salmon, beef tartare and salmon tartare à la plancha served with Charmélcia sauce, salad bowl of green salad and accompaniment of French fries. It is a culinary philosophy that rejoices the tastebuds at the cheapest prices. A dessert will not make you cross the bar of €20 with for example a grandmother chocolate cake or strawberry Chantilly and a coulis at choice. Next time, choose between the beautiful Charolais or Limous rib steak of 800 g coast beef in "prime rib way" at €45. Children will not break your bank with a menu make of main course and a Sundae at choice for €10. The smiling and communicative director multiplies his moves from room to kitchen, the eye on everything and first on the well being of the clientele. Adding the fact that the large and luminous room is extended by a beautiful terrace that is often sunny, which is rather rare in the neighborhood, the address has many assets to be attractive!
