Address in Paris elaborating a slate of coloured dishes, a generous and tasty bistro cuisine.
That lunchtime, Madeleine and Pierrot were on duty. They are almost like any other waiters, except that they have to be supervised, as they are disabled people, like their three colleagues who work in the kitchen and the three others who work in the dining room. To make things easier for them, the dishes on the slate are accompanied by colored dots, and a special card has been designed for taking orders. On the plates, generous, tasty bistro cuisine. A worthwhile initiative to support!
