Here, refined and varied traditional cuisine is served: crispy prawns with basil, an astonishing sea bass carpaccio with strawberries on lamb's lettuce, scampi ravioli with tarragon cream, scallops served with their shells, julienne vegetables, shellfish cream, sweetbread pan-fried with chanterelles, half duck breast, cooked with Guerande salt, celery with honey and potato galette with ossau iraty, veal chop with seasonal mushrooms... You can have side dishes made with beets, leeks, mashed potatoes with olive oil among others to accompany the perfectly prepared dishes.
