Make no mistake, L'Inattendu is not unlikely. Here, refined and varied traditional cuisine is served: crispy prawns with basil, an astonishing sea bass carpaccio with strawberries on lamb's lettuce, scampi ravioli with tarragon cream, scallops served with their shells, julienne vegetables, shellfish cream, sweetbread pan-fried with chanterelles, half duck breast, cooked with Guerande salt, celery with honey and potato galette with ossau iraty, veal chop with seasonal mushrooms... You can have side dishes made with beets, leeks, mashed potatoes with olive oil among others to accompany the perfectly prepared dishes. Finally, you can enjoy the crispy prunes with armagnac and caramel ice-cream or the fine apple pie and almond cream, ice-cream with Isigny cream, salted butter caramel!

Adequate portions in the dish; m^me salad (sachet probably) for the entrance (head) and dish (sweetbreads with 3 or 4 chanterelles).
€5 Extra for this dish: it is severe!
