Address in Paris serving a slate of appetizers, main courses, meats and Thai-style duck.
A classic bar made of wood and zinc, red benches, red and white checkered napkins, old movie posters... L'Authentique, between Pasteur and Falguière, has all the attributes of a typical Parisian bistro. Including - and we would have been surprised if it hadn't - the cuisine. On the slate, the day of our visit : among the starters, green lentils from Le Puy-green asparagus-poached egg, ceviche of sea bass-avocado-mango-passion and tartar of gambas with herbs; among other main courses, beef fillet tataki, Charolais beef tartar and duck breast with Thai sauce-fried noodles; and to finish, a hazelnut chocolate moelleux, a summer lemon-basil crumble or a rum baba.
Le service est impeccable, tous aux petits soin des clients et à l’écoute. Les plats sont très bons !
Au plaisir de venir goûter le nouveau dessert de votre carte…. Sans pistache ! ;). A bon entendeur :)
