Bistro in Paris offering a cuisine with Basque flavours, meats, a menu of local produce, and tapas.
Julien Duboué has conquered the neighbourhood and beyond with his Basque-flavoured cuisine. Under his leadership, Afaria, a mouthpiece for uninhibited bistronomy, became one of the 15th arrondissement's finest restaurants. The chef from the Landes region has since moved to the Right Bank, but Afaria remains on course, with a female duo at the helm. Crispy eggs with parmesan and chorizo cream, duck breast roasted on the bone, wild boar stew with chestnuts... At the time of our visit, the menu was still based on local produce, with a South-West accent.
