LE CAFÉ DU COMMERCE
Parisian brasserie offering great bistro classics and a lunch formula.
Behind its gigantic brasserie look, Le Café du Commerce is an institution created in 1921, which will soon have gone through a century of history. Originally a neighborhood bistro, this brasserie has always wanted to keep this brand but the quality of its dishes raised it as one of the most famous bistros in Paris. A refined service, a Parisian-style brasserie atmosphere and a carte long like an arm. There is something for everyone. Great bistro classics are obviously present: Mayo eggs, onion soup, tartare, roasted farm poultry supreme, bone marrow, prime rib or lamb shank of 7 hours. A festival of flavors until desserts: The rum baba of the trade is a delight! It's buzzing, the rattling of the cutlery and conversations clash. Except for the lunch menu, the prices are all the same quite high, and have increased from year to year. This still deserves a little warning from the team…
