Address where the young chef makes excellent local cuisine with a selection of organic wines.

The cuisine of Benoît Gauthier, a charming and generous young chef, trained alongside Christian Etchebest, is simple, generous and terribly effective, excellent local cuisine. And this has been going on for almost ten years now! At lunchtime, the carte menu is very appreciated, with a remoulade of celery, shrimps and shells with chives and a chocolate soup, caramelized dried fruit. In the evening, Benoît offers three ribs of beef, pork or veal, perfectly served, for two with succulent homemade French fries and a mesclun. Beautiful selection of organic wines from young wine growers, renewed twice a year. Very caring service, without fuss.

Le Grand Pan est une adresse incontournable : cuisine goûteuse et généreuse, service souriant et chaleureux, ambiance bistrot parisien "comme avant"....les tables sont un peu serrées mais on s'y sent tellement bien que l'intimité est préservée. Ma deuxième visite et je suis toujours aussi fan .
