Restaurant serving local and seasonal products of great quality in Paris.

François Lévêque has been succeeded by François Rodolphe, former chef at Peninsula in Hong Kong, who has also worked at Martinez in Cannes and Grand Hôtel Place de l'Opéra. As his predecessor, this Basque native puts on the table many local and seasonal products of high quality to create a little corner of countryside in Paris. He takes inspiration from some nice recipes from his native region such as Basque egg in piperade, crispy ham and piquillo stuffed with squid in Luziens' way, or even a grilled cod heart with coconuts and chorizo. But he also knows how to escape to give us a roasted Ardèche caillette, warm Puy lentil salad, or a Perche farm pig steak lacquered with sweet spices. As for dessert, French toast like in the old days, Armagnac ice cream and prunes, or roasted figs with beggar fruits and pistachio ice cream. It is a light and tasty cuisine that suits all appetites.

Je suis venue à l’occasion d’un anniversaire mais je viens assez souvent fréquenter cet établissement. Les employés sont supers, serviables et gentils. La cuisine est toujours délicieuse : de saison et fine. Il y a pas mal d’options végétariennes ce qui est très cool !

Arrivé tardivement, accueil très sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec un bon magret à 18€.

Pour les personnes qui connaissaient l'ancien propriétaire...quelle déception !!!! Je suis obligée de mettre une étoile...
Une seule table un samedi midi... j'aurais dû me douter que cela était étrange ! Je pense sincèrement que les produits ne sont pas frais, la spécialité est soit disant le parmentier de canard...qui a le goût et l'aspect de boeuf bourguignon avec un goût prononcé de vin! Quant au dessert ...le café gourmand ... moelleux au chocolat surgelé servit froid!!! Bref...
Il est totalement inadmissible de garder le nom, l'affichage, les spécialités etc de l'ancien restaurateur alors que ce qui est proposé ne lui arrive pas à la cheville! Je regrette sincèrement l'ancien bar à vin!!! Et ses produits authentiques !
Un conseil, allez dépenser votre argent ailleurs...
