Address in Paris offering an inventive and generous cuisine, meats, and different lunch and dinner menus.

It is one of the must-visits on that part of the left bank. In fact, we are easily attracted by the chef's inventive and generous cuisine, Thierry Blanqui. A bistronomy in sum, with a little extra. So the pig breast is covered with caramel just as needed, the beef cheek is braised with red wine, while a simple haddock brandade is completely metamorphosed by the green cabbage on its side. Different menus are offered at lunch and dinner time. Note the high prices applied for dinner, but they are widely justified since you can taste up to 7 dishes! Then we taste and come back!

Surely one of the best values of the capital.
For € 24 only, a delicious entrance carpaccio of pig's trotters lentils and a dish also a successful plaice impeccably cooked accompanied by spinach shoots
An authentic bistro cuisine, including one does not do much longer in Paris

Petit resto pratique dans ce coin mais plutôt cher et pas incroyable...
A Parisian gourmet bistro practitioner gourmet cuisine in a lost corner of the 15th arrondissement. The welcome is charming, small 3 main courses is very appetising and excellent value for money (€32). The dishes are skilful and beautifully presented. Wine list at reasonable prices: from the 20th bottle, wines by the glass. Although the two rooms are tiny, nondescript decor and very cramped tables (quickly noisy) but must be made profitable. Two services in the evening (19h30 - 21:30). Bookings essential because it is always full.
