Address in Paris offering a daily market dish, a speciality of aligot and good meats.
Facing the Georges Brassens park, this Bon Coin is the archetype of the pleasant neighborhood nest. The tables on the sidewalk match this place, which is the corner of a street. Inside, woodwork, an old and warm air, and an interesting bar on the side of which you can find old books bindings. Didier Soubeyre of Mur-de-Barrez, connoisseur of wine and Auvergne charcuteries, who has just taken over the business, is very proud of his bistro brasserie renovated in 2001, who kept its original lift of 1901, which works with ropes and pulleys, as on the wooden space of the restaurant with a cold room door and walls covered with old magazines where Yul Brunner with hair and Ronald Reagan crowed when they were actors. But here, everything is simple, with fresh ingredients. The daily special of the market, for example saddle of lamb with mint juice or back of cod chives cream. The main specialty, the aligot on weekend, is a treat! For the rest, the meats are good, and constitute the heart of the menu in question.
