Address in Paris serving meats, vegetables and a seasonal menu.
The 15 th, épicentre of the Parisian bistronomie? We will not go so far, but not far! And Le Cassenoix is not for nothing in this reputation! Here the leader, Pierre-Olivier Lenormand, is not very proud of his cocoon of decoration and wishes; étagère on which old guides, another century's advertising, and furniture are being taken from the fans of design and lounge. Among other things, the chef has spent the hotel Le Crillon in the kitchens of the Palais de l'Palace and La Régalade. At the gastronomic level, no disappointment at the appointment: to avoid routine and to respect the seasons, the menu changes several times a year following the moods and inspirations of Pierre-Olivier. Every day in slate the suggestions change. On the day of our passage, it was a pig filet on small vegetables, cauliflower and capers: original, surprising, succulent! The wines are highly recommended for travel in the French wine Varieties and wine varieties: we love!
