An Auvergnat restaurant? Yes and no. L'Auvergne à Paris is above all a beautiful brasserie as it everywhere in Paris, but it has this characteristic of being open from 5:30am to 1:30am and the service is continuous. L'Auvergne à Paris is in turn a café, a wine bar, a brasserie, a tea room with the delicious Berthillon ice-cream. In addition to the great classics of this type of establishment, specialities which sweetly smells Auvergne like the sausage of Auvergne and its aligot, the must-eat stuffed cabbage, the famous truffade or the whole duck with honey and its browned apples. Identity dishes that we then accompany with a share of cheese typical of Salers, a Saint Nectaire or Bleu de l'Auvergne. We can also choose one of the generous salads on the à la carte menu among which the salad "Perigourdine" composed of "manchon", gizzards and duck fillets and a block of foie gras. A mixture of regions that we appreciate the atmosphere and taste!

Des serveurs comme des fontmes ni sourire ni savoir parler avec les clients patron toujours en colère heureusement le serveur il était gentil je sais pas si il est toujours comme ça où il avait un problème avec le patron bref il m'as raconte tous les secrets de la maison
( La triche , l'arnaque , on jette pas les restes dans les assiettes , les souris qui traine devant les clients , ...........)
