Bistro-brasserie offering timeless grandmotherly dishes with a pleasant terrace for dessert.
Linda and Serge have been at the helm of this brewery for over ten years and the réjouie of the clients is the undisputed proof that the house is worthy of being attended. The faithful are numerous in this room in the retro look where the old advertising trinkets, enamel plates and posters of another time are combined. The kitchen also takes a look in the retro to offer us a series of timeless dishes that our grandmothers cooked wonderfully, starting with the old calf blanquette, the andouillette of Troyes and its skipped potatoes, duck conflict or magret: to taste all this on a tile tablecloth has no price. The terrace is very pleasant to taste its dessert to choose from a beautiful series of delicacies such as the cheesecake and its red fruit grout, the crumble of the apples or the café gourmand from a selection of sweets that give back the smile before returning to work.
