It is in a very nice location, very close to the metro stations, 10 minutes walking distance from the Eiffel tower, there are restaurants, cafes, markets around, we were generally satisfied, the receptionists are friendly and interested, I recommend it. The hotel I will choose when I come to Paris again.

L'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur donc convient à des personnes valides avec des bagages légers si vous atterrissez dans les étages supérieurs.
Chambre calme et correcte au 5eme.
Service efficace et petit déjeuner à prix modéré (10€) et correct.

Posizione dell'hotel davvero molto comodo a due passi dalla torre Eiffel.
La pulizia delle camere purtroppo lascia molto desiderare e ahimè devo dire che per quanto riguarda il personale credo che abbiano ancora molto da imparare, soprattutto perché ho avuto a che fare pure con qualcuno molto maleducato.

Reception was rude, there is no elevator just a dark wooden narrow spiral staircase so have fun trying to carry your big luggage up it.
The Buffet breakfast was an abomination, there was no bread, the milk had been sitting out of the fridge for 3.5 hours when we got there it was room temperature and smelt off & to top it off they made us pay 10 euro for it. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
