Shower head was not working on arrival. It was completely clogged. I cleaned it so that the shower head worked as it should instead of water being forced out of the top. My pillow had a nasty stain. Looked like old blood. Beds were hard. Pillows and duvets were comfortable. The room was mostly clean. However, there was a lot of dust on the lamps. It was not clean under the bed or in the sofa. The worst experience was asking for late check out. I asked the evening before we were leaving. I was told I could have a late checkout at 2pm. That would have been great service. Unfortunately, the next day first the cleaning crew knocked on the door at 12 and were very unhappy with us being there. A little later the reception called. Seems like there is a lack of communication. It was very uncomfortable.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre propre. Bémol pour le parking souterrain, pas précisé 1m80 de hauteur. 1h de retard pour petit dej en chambre et pas de geste commercial. Frigo dans la chambre minuscule
