Hotel near the rue du Commerce and not far from the Eiffel Tower with rooms and garden with excellent value for money.

The hotel's decor is meticulous: parquet or carpeted floors, tapestries and bedspreads in harmonious pastel tones, bathrooms with shower or bath all in white and perfectly equipped. The rear rooms are quieter, most opening onto a bucolic flower garden, while those on the street side are a little larger, but a little noisier. On the first floor, the breakfast room, which also serves as a bar, is very pleasant as a veranda opens onto the patio. Excellent value for money for this hotel, which is not far from the Eiffel Tower and very close to Rue du Commerce, one of Paris's busiest shopping streets.

Bel hôtel , bien situé , très bon accueil

Excellent reception and stay!
I was able to leave my bags early in the day with no problem and checking in was super easy! The hotel is lovely, cozy and nice and warm even though Paris was having a big cold snap. The rooms are nice and clean, stocked with blankets and towels, and we even had extra blankets for the winter night.
The man at reception recommended an excellent local restaurant and didn't mind us eating our takeaway in their dining room. He even had a little chat with us after we ate. Extra bonus: they have an adorable little cat there who is so beautiful and friendly! Thank you for the lovely stay! We will be back!

They don't change the towel everyday. The pillow is small.The pillow case and towel are old and the color is not clean white it doest fit anymore for a hotel.They gave only 2 tea and 2 sugar everyday. We regreat we choose this hotel..

Turystyczny hotel ***, miła, uczynna obsługa, pokoje codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki codziennie wymieniane. Można tu zjeść śniadanie. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko stacja metra.

Il est indéniablement déconcertant de constater le dysfonctionnement d'un établissement hôtelier qui, dans le cadre de "pré-réservations", encourage ses clients à effectuer une démarche sur son site internet. Cependant, lorsqu'on dispose d'une carte de paiement sécurisée, on se trouve confronté à une situation où la réservation est purement et simplement rejetée. Cette issue laisse le client sans chambre et contraint à une quête désespérée pour trouver un hébergement le lendemain.
Ce système, qui semble défaillant, suggère, à tort, qu'il procède à une simple "empreinte de pré-réservation", tandis qu'en réalité, il réalise une transaction de prélèvement en plein milieu de la nuit, sans qu'aucune notification préalable ne soit envoyée. C'est assurément un fonctionnement des plus inhabituels et peu commodes. Bien entendu, dans cette ère contemporaine qui est nôtre, il est navrant de constater que l'absence totale d'excuses de la part du gérant d'établissement hôtelier est devenue, à notre grand regret, une fréquence déconcertante.
