Une HORREUR !
Pas d'eau chaude, on étend tout, les voisins d'à côté, les voiture dehors, une salle de bain moisie, mon conjoint n'a pas dormi de la nuit

Wir haben ein Zimmer für 2 gebucht doch durch einen technischen Fehler wurde dann ein Einzelzimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht. Auf Nachfrage ob man dies umbuchen kann wurde gesagt das man das Zimmer stornieren und ein neues buchen muss. Als wir dann fragten ob sie uns dann wenigstens die Stornierungsgebühr erlassen oder etwas verringern sagte man auch das dies nicht angeboten wird. Also wenn ihr könnt nehmt euch ein anderes hotel

The hotel in terms of location, service and price is perfect. But the rooms are extremely very small and the soundproofing non-existent.
The fact that the room was very small was not such a problem, but the bathroom was so small that it made it difficult for us to stay. the walls that separate the basin from the shower are so narrow that I, as a plus-size person, had a hard time. even my husband, who is very thin, was struggling.
I only suggest that people be informed that the spaces are small so that people know if they can have access.
also, regarding the soundproofing anything can be heard from the other rooms.
