The peace of this residential area just minutes from the Invalides, the Porte De Versailles or the Eiffel tower, is perfect for people who want to combine tourism and tranquillity. Rue du Commerce, steps, are one of the busiest shopping streets in Paris. It is ideal for shopping and to taste the charm of a meal in Café du Commerce, a brasserie which has preserved its decoration of the 1930s. The hotel Wallace is therefore ideally located, it has a private conservatory and the staff is welcoming but it's not all. But that is not all. The maintenance of the rooms really leaves a lot to be desired. It is surprising that it retains its three stars, for it could need a thorough renovation.

I laugh at the view they post of the Eiffel Tower that implies you see it from the terrace. I wonder if they used a drone for this given that from the terrace you are in a valley of taller buildings that virtually obstruct the view except the tiniest tip.
