Odeur pestilentielle dès l'entrée dans l'ascenseur Pire sur le palier du 4ème étage. Y compris dans la chambre 407. Lorsque nous le signalons à la réception, nous avons comme réponse laconique: "oui, nous sommes au courant"......

This is well situated hotel with short Ealing distance to Eiffel Tower, however the good sides are finishing here. On the arrival the receptionist was rude and did not wish to help as on the booking. com was marked that the hotel has car park. I was instructed to park the car on the public car park which is paid €32 per 24h. Before booking this place reconsider twice as you add night at hotel plus the car in the car park you can have pretty decent hotel in this price. Not reccomanding staying at this hotel. Room was a size or shoes box and was very cold. Windows are not closing properly and heaters are not working fully and making all night noises. On top of this when I asked when someone from management will be available I was told it will be tomorrow which was Saturday than reception lady changed mind and said will be on Monday as my leave was on Sunday pretty convenient I must say.
