DIRECTION GÉNÉRALE DE L’AVIATION CIVILE (DGAC)
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) is a French administration. Linked to the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, it comprises all the State departments responsible for regulating and supervising air safety, air transport and civil aviation activities in general. One of its interlocutors is the French Aeronautics Federation, with whom it contributes to the implementation of the regulations and to the defence of the interests of private pilots. Finally, in its mission to guarantee the safety and security of air transport, DGAC points a point of honour to follow the logic of sustainable development to carry out its action.
