It's very simple, you are here in the largest space dedicated to Europe's martial arts and dance, and certainly the most pleasant with its four large open rooms on the outside. Activities are not limited to martial arts, but the infrastructure of the Grenelle Dojo is ideal for coming alone or as a family to initiate or develop in these disciplines. Beginners can try several activities (there are 24 to be precise) before deciding. Judo, karate, kung-fu, taekwondo, viet-dao, qi gong, taï-chi-chuan are among the best known, but you can also discover the Luta Book, an art course of Brazilian Control, or the Penchak-silat, which originates in Indonesia. If you're going to Paris for a limited period of time and if you're looking for a place to carry on with your favorite discipline, it's surely represented in this dojo.
